The sheets and duvet were clean,white crisp and very comfortable matress and pillows. The room and shower room was very clean . The location is perfect , literally 3/4 mins walk across the rd from bus station. They provided free transport to the ferry . Water dispenser and complimentary tea was available . Perfect overnight stay for transfer . Eating places close by.

It’s an excellent choice for a night stay taking the ferry to Tioman next morning. What we like: 1. Walking distance to many eateries and Mersing town center 2. Large parking lot to keep the car for a few days. Daily charge RM10 per car 3. Free shuttle thru and back Mersing jetty 4. Very friendly staff

overnight stop before bus back to KL. perfectly adequate for what I needed. room was very clean, bed was comfortable, shower was good and hot (once front desk showed me how to turn it on), location was convenient in centre of town and 5 mins walk from bus station.

this is quite nice place as it strategic location & come with 8/ day for parking if you going to island . it could be look like a haunted outside 😂 but is okay in the inside 😉

I just stayed one night but it was perfect for what I needed. Central, spacious, clean & with welcoming staff. They recommended a very nice place for dinner and they even arrange free transport to the ferry terminal.
